A Quantum Health Process

What is TDR?

TDR is a quantum health process developed by Roos (Malka) Ahern.

A relatively young process, TDR was inspired by the stories of Anita Moorjani and Eben Alexander contained in links sent by a friend. As the world of near-death experiences, NDEs, opened with the seemingly miraculous and medically documented recoveries these two made, Roos said “once is a miracle, twice is repeatable”, and her TDR journey began.

After reading Anita’s book “Dying To Be Me”, Roos realized that this was a guide to the process she was looking for, and TDR made quick strides forward. Once the basic process was in place, groups of volunteers assisted in developing and solidifying the system even more.

Since its inception in 2016, many hundreds of people have benefited from this unique quantum health process.

How Does TDR Work?

The goal of TDR is for the client to leave behind the many layers one has built up over a lifetime and experience their pure essence, the divine spark, which remains untouched by everything and pure within. With this the client can now experience their true relationship with G-d / Source, and all of creation. A higher level of knowing and knowledge is also experienced. This allows the client to learn from the past and take on life anew.

Since experience is a unique conduit for change, bringing all of this back into the physical body and dimension results in positive shifts and changes on every level, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic. 

​

To achieve this hypnosis or guided meditation is utilized to bring clients to a realm similar to that of Anita Moorjani’s NDE, but of course without the ND.

​

The client is facilitated through bringing forth their pure essence and experiencing their relationship with G-d/Source. Then they’re assisted in bringing back and integrating all of the shifts made and everything gained.

​

After the session the focus is turned towards maintaining, further integration, and growth. One-on-one coaching sessions, support groups and special tools adapted to the unique experience of each client, are part of what makes for high quality follow through in the TDR process.


Who Is The TDR Process A Good Fit For?

This process typically entails an inquiry process of three group Zoom meetings, 1.5 hours each, and reading "Dying To Be Me" by Anita Moorjani. There are no fees for this but you will need to obtain the book on your own.

The TDR process entails:

1 group Zoom (2 hours) 

5 1-on-1 coaching sessions (1-1.5 hrs each) 

1 hypnosis or guided meditation session (2-4 hrs)

13 support group sessions (1.5 hrs weekly) 

26 additional support group sessions can be earned at no extra charge

The recommended fee is $888 but you can adjust the amount at checkout to be whatever you wish.

What Does the TDR Process Entail?

Prior to moving forward with TDR each potential client goes through an inquiry process to see if it is a good fit for them

 

The inquiry process entails

  • Attending an Introductory A-Z group Zoom meeting (1.5 hours) where you

    • Meet Roos

    • Go over the TDR process

    • Have all of your questions answered

  • Read “Dying to Be Me” by Anita Moorjani

  • Attend two Dying to Be Me book discussion groups (1 hour each)

The TDR Process

This entire process is conducted over Zoom.

  1. Preparation Session #1 (2 hours)

    1. A group Zoom meeting

    2. Many easy to do exercises are presented to choose from for your personal preparation for your TDR session

  2. Preparation Session #2 (1.5 hours)

    1. A one-on-one coaching session with Roos a week after the first preparation session

    2. Your current preparations are discussed along with how you can enhance them

    3. You’ll do a special exercise to assist you in uncovering and getting past hidden limiting beliefs

  3. Preparation Session #3 (1 hour)

    1. A one-on-one coaching session with Roos a week after the second preparation session

    2. Your current preparations are discussed along with how you can enhance them

    3. You'll discuss moving into and scheduling your TDR session, follow-up sessions, and homework

  4. TDR session (2-4 hours)

    1. This is a one-on-one session with Roos

    2. First, we sit and talk for a while about how the preparations and everything else have been coming along (30-60 minutes)

    3. This is followed by the hypnosis or guided meditation session (1.5-2.5 hours)

    4. Then we talk about the session, after instructions and homework (20-40 minutes)

    5. You receive an email with full after instructions

    6. Later that day you receive a copy of the main part of the hypnosis session to listen to

  5. Follow-up #1 (1.5 hours)

    1. A one-on-one coaching session with Roos the day after your TDR session

    2. We talk about the session, how things have been coming along, homework and next steps

    3. Surrendering Into Love meditation

  6. Follow-up #2 (1.5 hours)

    1. A one-on-one coaching session with Roos (Malka) two days after the previous coaching session

    2. We discuss how things have been coming along, additional things which can be done to enhance the outcomes of your session, homework and personalized tools

    3. Changing You Changes the World meditation

  7. Follow-up #3 (1.5 hours)

    1. A one-on-one coaching session with Roos (Malka) taking place one week after your original TDR session

    2. We discuss how things are coming along, the use of your personalized tools, and additional items to support you through your process and on your journey

    3. Upcoming Support Groups are discussed

    4. A Spec In The Cosmos meditation

  8. Support Groups (1.5 hours weekly)

    1. Weekly peer support groups via Zoom

    2. Get and give support as you become part of the TDR family 

    3. Includes a weekly meditation for reinforcement and to assist you on your journey 

    4. Three months are included in the TDR package

    5. Earn an additional free six months by attending 10 out of the 13 weeks included in the package
