Acuity Scheduling / Square Space Scheduling Setup – Walk through
Acuity Scheduling, which is now owned by Square Space, is a very robust online scheduling system to use for client scheduling. Among the features that it contains are:

What We'll Be Covering
In this series we'll be walking through the main aspects of Acuity Scheduling. This is being called a walk through rather than a demo or tutorial because you'll be setting up your own copy of Acuity as we go along. You'll be setting up one item during the class and will be expected to set up the others on your own before the next class. This way if you have any questions we can
handle them right away.
Important Note: We will not be covering every aspect of Acuity. The system is very robust and there are many parts which most will not be using. If there is an aspect which is not covered which you need, just let me know. We'll add it in.
Though it is being run through Zoom, a screen share will not be used in class. If you haven't yet signed up for Acuity, you will need to do so before the first class. Acuity offers a 7 day free trial. The beginner plan is $16 USD per month.
We recommend starting with the free trial and then going with the monthly plan. This way if you decide that it's not for you it's easy to cancel.

Upcoming Series
This series is expected to run for 6 weeks, but can go for up to 8 weeks depending on the pace of the class. Each class is expected to run for 2 hours, but some may run over, as per the needs of the students and the material being covered.

There is no recommended fee, you can pay what you like, when you like. We prefer that only people who are serious about setting up Acuity Scheduling sign up.
